Theatre in a box

We start teaching German or French as a second foreign language in Year 5, but, unfortunately, we only have one hour a week. Progress is slow and creating fun activities is quite a challenge for teachers. To practice greeting and introducing themselves, my students created small paper figures and scenery to stage short plays. The theatre (an empty cardboard box) was created by my niece who has a knack for everything related to arts and crafts. I recorded all the plays which were wildly applauded and cheered as you can see in the videos.
